There’s no chicken in my chicken sandwich!!

Twice, at the exact same fast-food outlet, within a space of several days, I ordered a chicken sandwich with all the trimmings. Including extra tomato, extra pickle, extra onion, and more. Both times, all these special-order extras were in the sandwich, no complaint there. However, only 1[one] item was missing: the chicken itself!! No kidding!! I'm not making up this story. It actually happened. Obviously, I found it hilarious. And so did the store personnel. Particularly on the second occasion, when it was the manager himself working the cash and making this silly mistake on my special-order chicken sandwich. Of course, on both occasions, the store personnel quickly replaced the missing item and apologized for the mistake. But we all had a good laugh.
I wonder, perhaps this kind of scenario would make a good segment for some kind of reality TV show and/or for a sitcom [situation comedy]. Maybe one or more producers will pick up on the idea and make something of it. This particular episode might be titled “Chickenless chicken sandwich”.
